week 9 13/11/15
The following things are the progress I have made on my personal development plan and further developments I will make in the specific areas of progress. Once again the time scale will be highlighted in Green.

I have once again continued to: add dates to every piece of my work ,neaten up my hand writing i have also started to work on making sure all my spelling and grammar is correct along with my punctuation. I have started to notice a real difference in the quality of my work over these last few weeks.
To progress:

I have enquired about others driving experience and heard both negative and positive outcomes from the lessons, but mainly positive.

Due to the Y13's needing help with applying to university's the progression meetings have not been on but I have continued to watch programs that are to do with architecture so that I can build up some knowledge on the subject.

I attended the fair and altogether we raised 245.78 for the group we wanted to support.
The fair was fun and our stall was well prepared.

This week has been all about planning what we will do for our social action project.
We have decided that we will help raise money for a group that supports young people with many different issues.
We decided we would raise the money by partaking in a fair selling buns, badges and sweets also doing a name the bear.

I have completed the second week of NCS at Sheffield Hallam university, the activities i did there were:
- Budget planning
- Cooking
- A first aid at work one day refresher course
- Monopoly challenge (we had to find different items and buildings in Sheffield)
- Talent show
- Business workshop including CV writing and a talk from a professional business man.
these activities helped me build my self confidence and familiarise me with the Sheffield area.
The residential as a whole was very fun again and the first aid at work course will help me when I am getting a job.

- Gorge scrambling
- Team building
- An 8 mile walk with team building
- kayaking
- Rock climbing and abseiling
these activities helped me build my self confidence and get over my some of my fears,
