I have once again continued to: add dates to every piece of my work ,neaten up my hand writing i have also started to work on making sure all my spelling and grammar is correct along with my punctuation.

NCS
I have completed the first week of NCS in the lake district, the activities i did there were:
- Gorge scrambling
- Team building
- An 8 mile walk with team building
- kayaking
- Rock climbing and abseiling
these activities helped me build my self confidence and get over my some of my fears,
The residential as a whole was very fun and gave me new and exciting experiences.

I will have to wait till the next week of NCS
